Lotus Nei Gong is a school of Taoist studies and as such we provide the best quality teachings we possibly can with close attention paid to both practice and theory. As such we actively encourage members to read around their chosen subject as much as possible and to keep as open a mind as possible during your practice.

We are happy to take complete beginners as well as experienced students alike. Everybody can learn and benefit from the Taoist arts!

It is possible to join any of our weekly classes or courses as a casual member or you may choose to become a full member of Lotus Nei Gong in the future. A full member is fully insured to partake in many of the more advanced partner exercises. They also have access to the 70 page members handbook published by Lian Hua Publishing and the memers Newsletter which comes out several times a year. This contains articles on the Taoist arts and related subjects. There are also members only courses which can be attended by those who are insured. Members will be made aware of these course via their E Mail account.

Please do not ask if you can become a teacher in a couple of weekends though! All of our teachers are highly trained with much experience. Studying in the Taoist arts involves a fair amount of study. It has taken the senior teachers over 20 years of full time study to reach where they are, if it could be learnt in several weekends then they would have wasted a lot of their time!!! Our teachers are trained to a far higher standard than the majority of other schools and we will continue to ensure this high quality in the future.
