Yang Family Short Form TaijiQuan DVD. Aimed at realease towards the end of March 2008, this 2 hour DVD features the entire sequence from multiple angles with a full breakdown of the individual postures.

It also includes a vast quantity of applications performed at full speed against realistic attacks.

The second half of the DVD includes stretching, softening Qi Gong, Jin issuing practices and Brick Training for Root and Balance.
