Flagship Course

 

The Nei Gong process is the core of any of the Internal Arts and so this annual course is the most important course offered each year by Lotus Nei Gong. An understanding of Nei Gong is integral to understanding the Taoist Arts.

This course provides an introduction to and an overview of the entire Nei Gong process as well as many hours of practical training through the medium of Qi Gong exercises, Meditation and Taoist Yoga.

Anybody is welcome to attend this course but please note that spaces are limited so book on ASAP to avoid disappointment.

 

 

Course cost includes all food and accommodation with a small additional cost for the meal on Saturday night which will be in a local restaurant.

Course begins at 7.00pm on Friday night, continues all day Saturday and then finishes at lunch time on Sunday.
