Damo’s life study’s have brought him into contact with many high level Masters of the Martial Arts and he has dedicated his life to uncovering and teaching publicly many of the previously lost teachings of the Internal Arts. “I have just returned from a workshop run by Laoshr Damo Mitchell on Qi Gong, held in Brecon, Wales. Having studied and practiced Qi Gong for many years I can say that I have rarely met anybody as skilful and knowledgeable as Damo. Not only are his teaching skills and understanding of the subject the best I have come across but he also has the ability to match his knowledge.”
